Allow use spaces in file names for subcommands

...or create sub-directories for them like:

  - .clip # main page
  - update.clip
  - # other commands
```

@kbdharun, whyt? The reason is to make it clear to render whether command name contains `-` inside it or it's just a space replaced with dash.
