I've resolved the issue by manually creating a config.yaml file in my location where i have saved the project contents

is this config.yaml file format is same as he told in the video or you have created empty file ? and secondly, I'm facing one more issue while installing pip Ultralytics in pycharm terminal .it shows something like resolutionEror, how to solve this bro?
