Create public/private gist and Add file to gist no reaction,but I can insert and open.
System:win7 64 ultimate
Software:Sublime Text3

1 gist: add file to gist (this item is not in the list of commands, if the file is already in the current gist)
2 appears a list of gists
3 choose the right gist
4 in the status bar you receive the file name
5 enter the name of the file

Can you try to update gist plugin and try to reproduce the issue.
