Improve `toolbox list` formatting

The output of toolbox list currently looks like this:

Various issues with this:

• The information isn't sorted according to what is most useful - containers are more interesting than images, names are more interesting than IDs
• Your eye is drawn to the bold coloured text, which leads you to skip over the other information and not really see it
• It's messy visually, due to the lack of consistent columns, which makes it hard to read
• The column headers are a bit shouty

Also, I wonder if this detailed output should be a --verbose option, and have toolbox list default to a simple list:
