Global Field Upload fails with 1.20.3

The issue introduced with Version 1.20.2 was not solved with version 1.20.3. The PR which was closed did not solve the problem: #325

We are deactivating all updates on the @contentstack/management dependency until those issues are properly solved. I recommend sticking with version 1.20.1.
