New settings panel could be simpler

Is there any reason MCP Servers and Tool Policies are kept in separate places? could not be in the same place as before?

The previous UI was much simpler but functional, and the colors were also helpful, it's hard to believe it was enough tested or even planned.

At least the tool panels could be as before, is helpful to see closer to the chat the tools that are available, the roles/prompts (maybe unified in future?) could also be in front as before.
