MCP Not working/showing up

So, I'm following the documentation and it says to create the MCP yaml file in the workspace. I do that, but the MCP tool isn't showing when I checked the tools section.

I'm using WSL so I thought that was the issue. I switched to normal windows and it's still the same thing. The MCP servers aren't showing even after adding the configuration files.

@Olyray can you share what version of the extension you are using?

I have a similar config but in my project folder.
