Release drafter no longer able to access private packages

I think that this change broken the release drafter; https://github.com/coopnorge/github-workflow-release-drafter/pull/65/files

This change removes the GITHUB_OAUTH_TOKEN secret, but does not replace it with anything else. So in the log of the drafter running, I can now see this;

And then, when it tries to load a private package;

If it is not broken, just misconfigured on our end, it would be nice if the doc is updated here;
