Prompt examples use old github headers

While testing the sdk I have noticed the examples are using old github headers

github-public-key-signature
github-public-key-identifier

instead of

x-github-public-key-signature
x-github-public-key-identifier

as announced here.

I raised a small PR to fix it: #129
