Send attachments

Is it possible to send attachments directly in Socialize (jpg, pdf) ?

Short answer: no
Long answer: Right now you can extend the schema to allow attachments. You can either upload them directly to MongoDB (FS), which is not recommended or you upload it to S3 or similar and then have a reference to that in the message.
