Changed MINER_ADDRESS to be blank by default, so users don't accidentaly mine with the fake random address.

The newly generated wallet file now gets added to the .gitignore, and there is now a message that tells the user to save their public key in the miner_config.py file.

Fixed issue where timestamp was converted to string at one point, but not another. Stopped the miner from running if the miner address was not set.
