Namespace Templates show in simplenavi

Issue Description

I've started to use namespace templates utilizing the wiki format of __template.txt (with the two underscores for the cascading functionality) the issue is in simplenavi they show up as undefined page showing __template but on hover over it shows :namespace:namespace:template for example, I feel as though these pages should be hidden and not show as is the default behavior I'm seeing form plugins like catlist. Also, I am running simplenavi in a sidebar, if that is of any use.

In the configuration manager, look for the "hidepages" setting and enter the names of the templates there. For example, I use something like this: c_template|i_template|sidebar|…
It should work.
