Limit orders: add a loader to fee field when a quote is loading

Steps:
1, Open Limit orders page
2. specify a trade selling some amount of weth per usdc
3. Change WETH to DAI
4. Check the fee field

AR: it still shows a previous value for the 'weth-usdc' token

ER: it should be in the loading state when a quote is being loaded
