fix: cancelled with double 'l'

PR fixes spelling issue for 'cancelled' status: it some places it has 1 'l', in other places it has a double 'l'.

Since in most of cases we use a double 'l', I've added one more 'l' to this word in some places on CoW Swap and Explorer.
