Please change developer name (from original developer...)

Hi there,

I am David Decker, the original developer of this plugin here (together with Brad Johnson!).
My request is that you could please change the developer mention of your wordpress.org plugin page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/connect-polylang-elementor/

1) my mention at the top: better change to your own :-)

2) my mentions at the bottom:

• please remove those other 2 (my accounts!)
• the one on the top can stay

I think this would better reflect the current state and hopefully would end some confusing for other developers / contributors when making issues, pull requests, whatever.
