Spectra 6 - grayscale not shown

Hi,

I use an e ink display from paperlesspaper. It is a Spectra 6 eInk-Display colour with 7.3 Zoll 800 x 480px (127 ppi).

With the new version I found no solution to show the grey text . I tried many combinations of the parameters but non works.

Does anyone use the same display with working parameters ?

Looks like an issue in the toolchain after the e-ink display integration to me? Somewhere the image seems to get converted to 1bit monohrome. The render in the screenshot looks fine.

Hi, does the newer version 0.7 is with the update ?

Maybe you can make a switch for full black without grayscale element ?

Actually I tried many parameters with version 0.7 but there is still a problem to show in grayscale

When using e ink optimisation it looks very bad

Isn't the Spectra 6 a color display? Then you should choose 256 grayscale.
