Map corruption on hunter clan map

Repro:

1. Start new game, progress through to hunter clan
2. Get hunter clan key
3. Open door to cellar, but don't go down.
4. Go down to sleeping quarters
5. Come back up to main level
6. Previously locked door to the cellar now has corrupted map tiles, moving into them causes a crash.
