Change from Ctlos to Arch in /boot/grub/grub.cfg, /etc/os-release and /etc/lsb-release
Delete old scripts - /etc/pacman.d/hooks/{lsb-release.hook,os-release.hook,issue.hook}
Change ctlos to arch logos in Grub
