Note from CMS: I realize this isn't a technical issue, but wanted to have it noted somewhere in the main EditionCrafter planning platform. Have assigned myself and PHS for now and can return to this later. Nothing for PHS to do currently and I imagine some of this effort is underway by PHS and Performant (@NickLaiacona can connect CMS with Performant's communications lead)
