Refactor Cubbles documentation (differentiate old from new version)

Currently the First Steps section in the cubbles docs (http://cubbles.github.io/docs/first-steps/) is based in the coder-devtools using yeoman generetar. This description needs to be updated to be based on the new npm based vanilla boilerplate.
