Cannot make steps import correctly with many steps locations in python

Hey, I have a problem with properly configuring the extension.
I'm getting step undefined error for every step in my features.
My project might issue a non typical structure - like:

├── project_name
│   ├── contrib
│   │   ├── forms, other folders
│   │   ├── tests
│   │   │   └── acceptance
│   │   │       ├── features - features are here - in different files, like 0010_basic_tests.features, 0020_advanced_tests.features
│   │   │       └── steps - steps definitions are here, sometimes in different files, like - basic_steps.py, model_steps.py
│   ├── module_name
│   │   ├── tests
│   │   │   └── acceptance
│   │   │       ├── features - features are also here...
│   │   │       └── steps - steps are also here...

The pattern repeats with different modules.
The configs I tried:

   Doesn't work.  
   I restarted VS Code mutliple times and rebooted my PC as well.  
   I am on Linux if it changes anything.  
   I'll be very glad for any help. I am a bit sick of the yellow undermark.

Bump, still haven't been able to resolve that.
