Match event isPartOf

As an external user of Artsdata Reconciliation API, I want to find all events that come from a specific graph.

@saumier I looked into this issue, The reason why there are no result is that,

1. The graph 'http://kg.artsdata.ca/culture-creates/footlight/co-motion-ca' doesnot have entities with a label, and due to that its not part of the index.
2. I find a graph that has a label, so that thats part of the event-index. However, still no result since there are not entities in the graph that has a 'Artsdata URI'.
   I saved the query here for testing.

I think we need to discuss this in a working session.
