Actions before raising this issue

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
• I read/searched the docs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created a Rectangle Track Label on an image.
2. Deleted the image without deleting the Track Label Tag.
3. CVAT stopped working.

Expected Behavior

This should not occur as deleting a image containing the Track Label should just remove the Track Label.

Possible Solution

I have to get the data back as it is for a university project.
