Background page on measurements and processing missing

We need a page describing briefly (maybe even a graphic?) how the data was collected, how we ETL'ed it and how we count (aggregate by week etc).

Should be in an "About" page.

We could look at adding some of this to our main docs here https://github.com/cybergreen-net/pm/ - think this would probably be valuable for itself.
