When reporting a site no information it's send to Web Interface

I'm reporting a site, after all forms, I'm clicking "send". It's shining and showing filled dialog again. So I'm suspecting it didn't send it, and i'm making a new duplicated report.

It should show a succesfull or error dialog, and clear form.

I tried it with Turkish version fo extension and browser.
