Doesn't working tabs in Turkish interface

I installed extension from catalog into Turkish Opera browser. In preferences page, tabs is not working.

Also a word causes design bug: http://prntscr.com/7c5lc
So that word can be change with "Kullanılamaz Durumda". But still it's too long.
