1️⃣ Describe the feature
Feature 1 : Make a toolbar menu that allows us to hide & unhide toolbar icons & re-arrange them too if possible. (i especially feel the clutter due to the many zoom & scaling icons, i also rarely ever use them)
Feature 2 : Make a split-window feature that allows to open two images on tow split windows inside the same ImageGlass instance.
Feature 3 : Add a right-click menu to the images found in the Gallery Panel, that menu would contain for example the option of "open image in a split-window" and "open image in a new window" etc..

I think the description of the features above is sufficiently simple to showcase how would they be activated.
