d3plus radar graph ticks doesn't show

Hello! I have tried to create a radar type graph with d3plus version 2.0 but the ticks ​​on the axes do not appear.

@drvillamizar @vlasvlasvlas love this idea, could be a really nice enhancement. It was never the intended behavior to show ticks like this (on one of the vertical axes), so it will require a little bit of internal logic change to get it working as desired.

Maybe some kind of reusing / reordering z index ticks from other kind of charts?
