• transform all vertex data to numeric
• run dimensionality reduction and get coordinates (MDS, t-sne, UMAP, hclust)-> similarity matrix + fr looks better
• retrieve cached layout when providing same graph
• retrieve cached layout parameters when providing same graph

Web app side:

• range slider from flowbite-svelte only triggers after letting go
• VivaGraphJS theta and gravity not updating in real-time [1, 2]
• improve alpha controls during d3-force, cools down too fast [1]
• simulation and editor should display nodes at the exact same screen coordinates [1, 2, 3, 4]
• fix switching layouts allowing simulation to run for a while [1]
• add cosmograph
