The only function that uses the libGL version of OpenCV is the pcv.visualize.time_lapse_video function. If we were to move this function to out of the main PlantCV package, or possibly if we update how the function works, we should be able to move to the headless version of OpenCV as a dependency. This should make PlantCV easier to install.
