feat(apify): add Xquik X Actor wrappers

Summary

• Add native wrappers for Xquik's X Tweet Scraper and Xquik's X Follower Scraper.
• Cover tweet, search, timeline, list, conversation, relation, community, filter, output, and overlap inputs.
• Preserve the existing apidojo/twitter-scraper-lite wrappers and _X routing.
• Add native maxTotalChargeUsd support and X/Twitter URL validation.
• Require paid-run approval, bounded inputs, live pricing checks, and diagnostic-row handling.
• Add an Actor reference while reducing SKILL.md from 520 to 428 lines.

Scoped Improvements

• Use Apify's Store search API and exact SDK types instead of cast-heavy local filtering.
• Fix existing getRun and waitForRun documentation signatures.
• Fix existing Google Maps and Instagram example type errors.
• Treat scraped content as untrusted data per the repository security policy.
• Add injectable clients and offline tests for both Xquik wrappers.

Validation

The generic skill-creator validator rejects LifeOS's existing version and effort frontmatter keys. Those keys predate and remain required by this repository's own skill format.

No Actor was executed, so validation used no Apify credits. Live Store pricing remains authoritative.

Thanks @kriptoburak — and the trademark disclaimer and the note that the generic validator rejects this repo's frontmatter both show real care. I'm going to pass, though: X reads here route through one dedicated path by policy, and this adds a second, paid, third-party X scraper into the publicly-shipped Apify skill, which I don't want in that surface. The two small incidental type fixes in the Google Maps and Instagram examples are worth keeping — I may cherry-pick those separately. Closing the PR.
