Dark Mode theme toggle

It would be nice if there was a toggle at the top of the screen to switch between light and dark mode. This setting value could be saved in local storage so that the data persists between sessions.

Amusing story about Packet Sender.

When I added dark mode, I removed light mode thinking "Why would anybody want that? I can now have once less theme to maintain!" The requests to add light mode back came in swiftly.

Dear light mode fans, you have been heard. I shall always try to support both. 🙂
