Search by tags and descriptions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
You can currently add tags and descriptions to your todo items, but you cannot search for them using the assigned keywords. You can only search by title.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be more intuitive to also search by tags and descriptions, which would make tags more meaningful.
