[SwiftExampleApp] not able to reach 100% for Filters in app

in my attempts, I was not able to reach 100% for Filters

also, after Pause->Start 'Filtest Headers' shows "0 complete" though it seems it doesn't start syncing from scratch

I think this is a UI bug. The logs show:
