Rethink the naming choices

Recently, it was suggested that we reconsider the current naming choices. The primary reason is to avoid users to expect the extension to be a DataLad-variant of GNU make or snakemake.

For reference, the current names are:

• The command: make
• The annex remote: datalad-remake
• The url scheme: datalad-make:
• Subdirectory name: make

Potential name candidates:

• remake
• compute
• execute
