Short URL support

I had to put together a rather long query and pasted it into an IM window to share and it was wrapped to 6 or 7 lines. That's intimidating to a person I'm introducing the capabilities of Seq to. It occurred to me that having an ability to generate a short url on the seq server for a query might be something useful.

In my head it'd be a button or link to generate the url and copy for sharing. It would be a pretty standard ~7 digit alphanumeric code that would be easier to share as things are being discussed.
