[Optional] Clean up titles

Feel free to close this issue if you think that titles shouldn't be messed with or if I should just ellipses titles too long, but some of these titles, such as:

netlify ecommerce sample demonstrates using stargate-mongoose, JSON API, AstraDB to build an ecommerce shopping cart

could be something like

Use stargate-mongoose, JSON API, and AstraDB to deploy an ecommerce shopping cart on Netlify

p.s. you said to remove things with JSON API, right? Or was that something else

Are you still seeing some of these? I reduced most of them significantly but if there are outliers I'll get them too.
