Conflict with `dcasia/column-toggler`

Conflicts with dcasia/column-toggler.

The nova-detached-actions package appears to be taking over the toolbar area completely, preventing the column toggler icon from being displayed or accessible.

Instead of overriding the Nova ResourceTableToolbar entirely, consider mixin approach similar to https://github.com/dcasia/column-toggler/blob/main/resources/js/tool.js

Ended up using https://novapackages.com/packages/lednerb/nova-action-button-selectors but not compatible with Nova 5.
