Scaffolding is kinda not very good

The scaffolding concept is kinda creaky. It needs help:

• use bundle gem to bootstrap the project
• put the executable in exe/
• a bootstrapped integration test since Aruba is now gone

Aruba seems to be under active maintenance at the moment.
