時區非GMT+8導致時間線顯示異常 #1

現在的時區是抓本地端電腦時區。
因為時間表時間是寫死的，如果去抓本地端時區會導致顯示異常。

兩種改法：

把時間表時間改成根據本地端時區顯示。
把時間線直接改抓GMT+8

原來還有這種問題…… 感謝XDDD

雖然 COSCUP 結束了，不過我晚點有時間再來看看怎麼修正
