When opening the menus for importing/exporting (and likely other menus), the menus do not respond to the ESC key, requiring only ctrl-c for closing the menus.
Consistency makes operating applications easier, already having my finger on the ESC key for opening the initial menu, and/or am accustomed having most other console applications recognizing the ESC key for exiting menus.
