suggestion - streamline testing in playground #2
Description
seems much easier to test and develop this specific library directly in the browser.
Set up tests so that contributes can easily open them for edit in TS playground even as the project becomes more complex.
CI / github actions can maintain an updated link to playground, per test file, generated by running typescript with the outFile parameter, then encoding the result to URM and prefixing with http://www.typescriptlang.org/play/#src=
