Windowed mode is bad, fullscreen doesnt work at all, auto-detect resolution is wrong

Description

this is what happens when you enter windowed mode, its too small and mouse is locked so you cant expand it

this is what happens whenever I try to fullscreen

auto-detected resolution is wrong

for the msaa thing, i dont think the "off" should be there, just say the number tbh

The "Monitor:" resolution shows in fullscreen the monitor pixel size, in windowed the window size. That one is expected

Was your screenshot in windowed mode or in fullscreen mode?
For the list it always shows the monitor video modes, which are the native pixels.
So it ignores any scaling you have active in windows (which you probably have bcs it's a laptop).
I can add the scaling factor for windowed mode only. Or I completely remove that list in windowed mode, because technically it's wrong anyway (makes only sense in fullscreen)
