I would verify you have the Advanced URI community plugin installed and enabled on the Obsidian side. At the very least when click send tab, it should open Obsidian.

I'm on debian 12 with KDE.

I have the same bug happening with all browsers I tried (ff, chromnium and brave)

So I followed this tutorial :

still not working, but I noticed it work IF OBSIDIAN IS CLOSE

When I try to copy to obsidian with markdownload and obsidian is open, I have this message in obsidian console :
