Add pop-up/error when user do not own gas while authorizing

Currently, when Email+OTP users want to authorize the marketplace Ethereum Mana, they get an unclear error, which is caused by no Ethereum tokens in their wallet to cover gas fees. It's pretty confusing, lets add some clear explanation.
