Rate limiting is a mechanism used by web services to restrict the number of requests that can be made within a certain time frame. Exceeding these limits may result in IP blocking.

What is the Rate limit?
Who blocks the IP Address here? and How to unblock the IP address?
Currently I am getting the following error "duckduckgo_search.exceptions.DuckDuckGoSearchException: https://lite.duckduckgo.com/lite/ 202 Ratelimit"
