Nova-2-medical model error = "403 Forbidden (Insufficient permissions)."

Hi there

I trust you are all well.

When we plug in the nova-medical-2 model into our API call, we return this error.

We are currently using a free account - when we are using the generic base model , we don't get this issue.

Please assist in what we can do to fix this.

what error you are getting? the nova-2-medical model should be available to free accounts as far as I know.

Can you share the specific API error you get and the project ID you are using.
