What's happening that seems wrong?

• Changes applied to main via Throw Exception at Multiple Stages in Captioning if Transcription is Invalid #18 are not available in latest release (1.2.0), can you please create a new release?

• Get transcription where no audio exists with whisper

Expected behavior

What would you expect to happen when following the steps above?

• Throws EmptyTranscriptException
