local fastapi_app.py can't show page 404

[noanymore]

my operation system is windows11
and my shell order is : git clone ,
cd && pip install -e .[gradio] ,
run >python demo/fastapi_app.py
by the log, it is clearly show that model has been download.
i don't know how this happened ,and how to resolve it
