Does plugin provide any option to replace same name file uploaded to the s3 bucket?

I disabled versioning and year/month option in the setting of the plugin. One of our requirement is to replace file when someone reupload file with same name. Does plugin provide any filter to replace same name file uploaded to the s3 bucket?
